15th February 1804. In the China Seas, when the East India Company’s homeward bound China fleet, under the Commodore Dance, beat off the French squadron, under Admiral Linois, which had come out with the intention of capturing or destroying it at a single blow the whole of the valuable fleet.
14th August 1804. Arrived back at her moorings.
17th February 1805. Sailed for Bombay and China, Captain Wm. Stanley Clarke.
2nd September 1806. Passed Portsmouth for London.
7th September 1806. Arrived back at her moorings.
22nd June 1807. Sailed for Madras, Ceylon and Bombay, Captain Charles Barnard.
24th April 1808. Sailed from Bombay for the Persian Gulf.
1st March 1809. Sailed with the ‘Surat Castle’ from St. Helena.
19th May 1809. Arrived back at her moorings.
13th December 1809. The Court of Directors at the East India House, when Captain Clark took leave previous to departing for Bombay and China.
